PROGRAM & TEAMS
Atomic League (Grades 3-6)
90 minutes of volleyball drills, skill training and gameplay for youth aged 8 to 11. Following guidelines set out by Volleyball Canada's Atomic Volleyball Program, DVC is able to offer a 7 week program that encompasses fun, fair play and participation.
Every session will balance practice with gameplay as coaches and athletes embrace the Long Term Athlete Development Model Stage 2 of "Learning to Train". Come join us for an evening of fun, play and learning along the way!
Dartmouth Volleyball Club is pleased to announce our Atomic skills program for players in grades 3 - 6, ages 8-11 for the Winter/Spring of 2023.
Weekday: Friday evenings
School: Seaside Elementary
Times: 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Beginning: March 3rd - April 28th (7 sessions)
Fee: $75 per athlete MAX: 30 athletes
** NOTE ** March 17 & April 7, 2023 - no sessions on March Break or Good Friday
Junior High Foundations (Grades 7-9)
The second session of this program continues into the Spring! Designed for junior high aged (12-15) volleyball players to further define their volleyball skills and gameplay. Each session starts with fun and dynamic warm-up activities, followed by excellent technical instruction, well-planned drills and instruction through game play.
Led by DVC president and Auburn Eagle girls volleyball coach alum, Kim Pitre, participants will bed led through typical practice and game-time situations to optimize the athlete experience.
** NOTE ** We ask that current JHF members return for more skills and drills, but members of tournament teams do not register. This gives those still developing their abilities ample opportunity to practice and play.

Weekday: Saturday mornings, 6 sessions
School: École Secondaire Mosaïque
Times: 8:30am to 10:00am
Beginning: March 18th - April 29th
Fee: $75 per athlete MAX: 30 athletes
High School Recreational League (Grades 10-12)
Our High School Rec League (HSRL) continues into the Spring! This program was created to encompass those in high school looking to continue their volleyball development. Ideal for players looking to enhance their volleyball skills in a moderately competitive environment.
Led by our 17U girls coach and Nationally certified volleyball referee, Phyllis Longobardi will provide a myriad of skill based drills and game play for all to grow in a safe, fun environment.
** NOTE ** We ask that current HSRL members return for more development, but members of tournament teams do not register. It will allow those working on their abilities once a week ample opportunity to practice and play.
